Tape Specifications

This double-sided acrylic foam tape measures one-quarter inch wide and extends for thirty-six yards on a single roll. The clear construction makes it virtually invisible once applied, while the forty-mil thickness provides a substantial bonding layer. It is sold individually in a pack of one.

Adhesive Benefits

The pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive bonds on contact to deliver immediate handling strength and very high final tack. This eliminates the need for drilling, grinding, refinishing, screwing, welding and the associated clean-up. The tape keeps surfaces smooth and is excellent for glass applications where transparency is critical.

Intended Users

It suits manufacturers and converters who need a robust, invisible fastening method for production or assembly work. Buyers looking for a retail-sized roll for light household repairs or a different width or length should look at alternative options.

Questions about this item

When will the 40 mil acrylic foam layer need replacing?

The tape is a single-use consumable; once the roll is consumed you purchase a new one.

What limits continuous bonding performance first?

Surface cleanliness and full contact pressure determine long-term hold; the adhesive itself does not degrade under normal indoor conditions.

Does the roll generate heat or noise during all-day dispensing?

No — it is a passive pressure-sensitive tape with no moving parts, power draw or acoustic output.
