Printed Security Tape for Sealing

This case contains six rolls of polypropylene packaging tape printed with a "STOP If Seal Is Broken" warning. Each roll measures two inches wide by one thousand yards long with a 1.9 mil thickness. The hot melt rubber adhesive delivers 48 oz/in adhesion and 26 lbs/in tensile strength for reliable carton closure and light bundling.

Upgrade from Plain or Thinner Tape

Switching to this printed tape adds visible tamper evidence that unprinted rolls lack. The 1.9 mil construction and 26 lbs/in tensile strength handle heavier cartons where thinner films might split. The 165% elongation absorbs shock during transit without snapping.

Consistent Adhesion Across Temperature Range

The synthetic rubber adhesive maintains quick stick and fiber tear from 45 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Moisture, chemical and weathering resistance prevent degradation in humid or outdoor storage. Tight unwind characteristics reduce waste and operator fatigue during high-volume sealing sessions.

Questions about this item

What core size does the 2" wide roll fit on?

The roll uses a standard 3-inch core compatible with most hand-held and desktop dispensers.

How do I apply the hot melt adhesive tape so it bonds properly?

Press firmly along the full length after positioning; the rubber adhesive needs pressure to wet the carton fibres and reach the 48 oz/in rating.
