Fluorescent Red Do Not Inventory Labels

These 1.375 by 2 inch labels come in rolls of 500 and are designed for date-stamping items that must not enter inventory. The fluorescent red and black colour scheme makes the warning text easy to spot on busy shelves. They suit warehouse staff, receiving clerks and anyone managing quarantine or hold areas.

Silicone coated release liner

The silicone coated release paper lets each label peel cleanly without tearing, which speeds up high-volume labelling tasks. The paper stock accepts handwritten dates from pens or markers without smudging. This construction reduces waste from misfeeds and keeps the roll feeding smoothly through a dispenser.

Paper stock limits durability

Paper labels can degrade when exposed to moisture, oils or prolonged sunlight, so they are not suited for outdoor or wet environments. The adhesive is formulated for standard indoor surfaces and may not bond well to dusty, rough or low-energy plastics. Buyers needing waterproof or chemical-resistant identification should consider synthetic alternatives.

Questions about this item

How many labels are on each roll and when will I need to order a replacement?

Each roll contains 500 labels, so a replacement roll is needed once those 500 labels have been applied.

What limits how long I can print these 1.375" x 2" labels in a continuous run?

The 500-label roll length is the first limit; printing stops when the roll is exhausted.

Does the silicone-coated release paper create extra heat or noise when labels are printed all day?

The paper label stock on silicone-coated release paper adds no heat or noise during extended printing.
