Industrial adhesive transfer tape

This double-coated acrylic transfer tape comes in a case of 144 rolls, each 18 yards long and 1/4 inch wide at 5 mil thickness. It is built for high-volume mounting and closing of printed glossy surfaces in production environments.

Reverse-wound for ATG dispensers

The rolls are reverse-wound to load directly into ATG applicators without rewinding. Mis-threading the liner or applying to dusty substrates are the most common issues that reduce bond strength.

Stable across extreme temperatures

The acrylic adhesive holds 144 oz/in adhesion from -32°F to 258°F, so bond performance remains consistent through cold storage and high-heat finishing cycles. It does not soften or become brittle within that range.

Questions about this item

How do I know the tape is performing correctly after I load it into my ATG dispenser?

The roll feeds smoothly in reverse-wound orientation, bonds instantly to glossy surfaces, and holds firmly across the -32 to 258 °F range.

What comes in the case and do I need to purchase a dispenser separately?

The case contains 144 rolls of 1/4" x 18 Yd 5 mil acrylic transfer tape; an ATG dispenser is not included.

Should I choose the 18-yard or 36-yard roll length for my application?

Both lengths share the same 1/4" width, 5 mil thickness and 144 oz/in adhesion — select 18-yard rolls for frequent changeovers or 36-yard rolls for longer continuous runs.
