Hot-Melt Tape for Box Sealing

This polypropylene tape uses a hot-melt rubber adhesive and is supplied in a case of 36 rolls. It is intended for box sealing and light bundling tasks in warehouse, shipping or office environments. The printed "RUSH" marking helps identify priority packages at a glance.

1.9 mil Film with Tight Unwind

Each roll measures 2 inches wide by 55 yards long with a 1.9 mil thickness that resists moisture, chemicals, cold, heat and weathering. The synthetic rubber adhesive system delivers 48 oz/in adhesion and 26 lbs/in tensile strength while the tight unwind reduces noise and waste during application. The tape performs across a 45 to 120 Fahrenheit temperature range.

Replaces Standard Clear Carton Tape

Users moving from unprinted or lower-adhesion tapes gain instant visual priority flagging and stronger fiber-tear resistance. The jump is worthwhile when shipments need quick identification and reliable seals in variable conditions. It is not suited for heavy-duty strapping or applications requiring wider than 2-inch tape.
