Double-Coated ATG Tape for High-Volume Assembly

This double-coated tissue transfer tape comes in a case of 48 rolls, each 18 yards long and 3/4 inch wide. It uses an acrylic adhesive system designed for ATG dispensers and reverse-wound application. The construction suits production lines, packaging stations and general assembly tasks that demand consistent bonding across many units.

Suited for acrylic-adhesive workflows.

Buyers who need a tape compatible with ATG guns and a -40 to 266 °F service window will find this roll length and case count practical. It is not intended for users without an ATG dispenser, for jobs requiring a different adhesive chemistry, or for applications needing a wider or narrower roll than 3/4 inch.

3.6 mil thickness with 40 oz/in adhesion and 5.5

The tape measures 3.6 mil thick and delivers 40 oz/in adhesion alongside 5.5 lbs/in tensile strength. These figures define its holding power and shear resistance for the listed temperature range.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the tape is dispensing and bonding correctly after loading it into my ATG gun?

The reverse-wound roll should feed smoothly through the ATG dispenser, lay down a clean adhesive line without tissue carrier residue, and bond instantly to paper or board at room temperature.

What exactly comes in the case and do I need to buy a dispenser separately?

The case contains 48 rolls of 3/4" x 18 yd double-coated tissue transfer tape; an ATG dispenser or gun is not included and must be purchased separately.

Should I choose the 18-yard rolls in this 48-roll case or the longer 36-yard or 60-yard versions?

Choose the 18-yard rolls when you need frequent roll changes for multiple workstations; select 36-yard or 60-yard rolls only if your ATG gun accepts those lengths and you prefer fewer changeovers.
