Double-coated tissue transfer tape for ATG

This tape is a double-coated tissue transfer product reverse-wound for use with ATG dispensers. It comes in a case of 144 rolls, each 1/4 inch wide and 18 yards long. The acrylic adhesive suits general bonding tasks in office, packaging or light assembly environments.

Sustained adhesion and tensile performance

The acrylic adhesive delivers 40 oz/in of adhesion and the tape provides a tensile strength of 5.5 lbs/in. These figures reflect the holding power and resistance to pulling forces during continuous use rather than initial tack alone. The 3.6 mil thickness contributes to consistent handling through extended dispensing cycles.

Temperature tolerance and thermal stability

The tape withstands a temperature range from -40 to 266 degrees Fahrenheit without loss of adhesive integrity. This breadth allows reliable performance in cold storage, heated production areas or outdoor exposure. No specific power draw or noise metrics apply to this passive adhesive product.

Questions about this item

How does the 3.6 mil acrylic adhesive handle heat when the dispenser runs continuously?

The tape withstands -40° to 266° F, so adhesive performance remains stable during extended dispensing sessions.

Which dispenser is required to use this reverse-wound ATG tape?

An ATG dispenser or gun designed for reverse-wound rolls is needed to apply the tape correctly.

Will the 1/4" width work with older ATG guns that take 36 or 60 yard rolls?

Yes, the 1/4" width fits standard ATG guns; the 18-yard length simply means more frequent roll changes.
