Printed "Caution!" polypropylene tape seals boxes and bundles with 26 lbs/in tensile strength, 48 oz/in adhesion, and a 45–120 °F range
This printed polypropylene tape seals cartons and bundles light loads. The "Caution!" legend is pre-printed along the roll so the warning is visible on every parcel. Hot melt rubber adhesive gives a quick stick and strong fiber tear on corrugated board. The case contains six rolls for high-volume packing stations.
Verify that your hand or machine dispenser accepts a two-inch core width before ordering. The adhesive is rated for service between 45 and 120 degrees Fahrenheit, so confirm your storage and shipping conditions stay inside that range. The film resists moisture, chemicals and weathering, making it suitable for unheated warehouses.
Tensile strength of 26 lbs per inch holds sealed cartons through stacking and transit vibration. Adhesion of 48 ounces per inch maintains bond on recycled fibre board over long storage periods. The 165 percent elongation lets the tape stretch around irregular bundles without snapping. At 1.9 mil thickness the roll yields 1000 yards per roll for fewer changeovers.
