Clear 1.7 mil Polypropylene Box Sealing Tape

This case of six rolls delivers 1000 yards per roll of 1.7 mil polypropylene film with natural rubber adhesive. It is built for high-volume box sealing in shipping rooms, warehouses and fulfilment centres. The clear finish keeps barcodes and labels readable after application.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

Operations that seal dozens of cartons a day benefit from the long roll length and consistent adhesion. Buyers who need coloured or printed tape for coding, or who prefer a quieter unwind for office environments, should consider other formulations.

The spec that decides fit

The 1.7 mil thickness balances tear resistance and conformability for standard corrugated cartons. Heavier or over-stuffed boxes may require a thicker film, while lighter envelopes can use a thinner grade.

Questions about this item

Will the 2-inch wide rolls fit my standard box-sealing tape dispenser?

Yes, the 2-inch width matches the standard core size used by most hand-held and desktop dispensers.

What is the most common mistake when applying this 1.7 mil polypropylene tape?

Not pressing firmly enough after the initial stick; the natural rubber adhesive needs full contact to build maximum bond strength on corrugated boxes.

How long will the natural rubber adhesive stay effective on the shelf?

Natural rubber adhesive remains tacky for years if the case is kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
