Double Coated Foam Tape for Mounting

This double coated foam cross linked poly tape joins and mounts a wide range of objects and irregular surfaces. It seals well against moisture, dust and light in shower enclosures, window trim and pop displays. The rubber adhesive provides high initial tack and quick stick for mirrors, cushioning and die cutting.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The cross linked polyethylene foam core resists compression over time while maintaining a 0.4% elongation rating. Adhesion holds at 125 oz/in across a temperature range of 0° to 150° Fahrenheit. The closed cell structure prevents moisture ingress during prolonged exposure.

Installation Notes

Rolls measure 2 inches wide by 36 yards long with a 1/16 inch thickness for easy handling and die cutting. The aggressive rubber adhesive bonds instantly, so precise alignment is required on first contact. Removing or repositioning after application often damages delicate surfaces.
