Clear chairmat for plush-pile carpet

This clear chairmat measures 45" x 53" and includes a 25" x 12" lip to protect the area under a desk. The heavy vinyl construction is formulated for plush pile carpets up to 1/2" thick. Rounded studs grip the carpet without damaging fibres. A bevelled edge lets a chair roll on and off smoothly.

Suits home offices with deep-pile carpet

Buyers who need a mat for hard floors or low-profile carpet should look at something else. The studded backing is designed specifically for thicker pile and will not sit flat on smooth surfaces. Anyone requiring a completely rigid polycarbonate panel will not find that here. The lip dimension is fixed and cannot be trimmed.

Free and Clear non-phthalate vinyl formula

The mat uses a Free and Clear formula that is non-phthalate, non-cadmium, BPA-free and lead-free. This material choice supports a healthier indoor environment while maintaining exceptional clarity. The vinyl resists scuffing from daily chair traffic. No other surface coating or additive is specified.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the RollaMat is lying flat and the studs are gripping my plush pile carpet after I unroll it?

The mat should sit flat with no curled edges; the smooth rounded studs will hold it in place on carpet up to half an inch thick, and the beveled edge lets chair casters roll on and off without catching.

What comes in the box and is any extra hardware needed for installation?

Only the clear chairmat with its 25 by 12 inch lip is included; no fasteners, adhesives or tools are required — just unroll it onto the carpet.

Which size should I choose for a standard home-office desk area?

The single 45 by 53 inch model with a 25 by 12 inch lip is the only version offered under part number CM15233.
