Dell 122 12 V 2 A adapter
This Dell 122 power adapter supplies 12 V at up to 2 A for compatible shiatsu back, shoulder and neck massagers. It replaces a lost or damaged brick for brands such as RESTECK, Vellax, Medcursor, Mirakel and InvoSpa. The unit delivers a maximum of 24 W through a 5.5×2.5 mm barrel plug. It is built for indoor use with a black plastic housing.
Check voltage, connector and device type
Verify that your massager requires exactly 12 V DC and accepts a 5.5×2.5 mm or 5.5×2.1 mm barrel jack. The adapter will not work with devices that charge via Micro-USB or USB-C ports. It is also unsuitable for massage-gun devices. Confirm the input voltage range of 100 to 240 V AC at 50 or 60 Hz matches your mains supply.
Fits into a mains-powered massage setup
Plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet and connect the 1.8 m cable to the massager’s DC input. The brick includes short-circuit, overload and over-voltage protection for safe operation. It frees you from hunting for a proprietary charger and keeps the massager running during extended sessions. The compact 0.109 kg design sits unobtrusively on the floor or a side table.

Questions about this item
What comes in the box and do I need any extra cables?
The adapter ships with the brick and a 1.8 m mains lead attached. The 5.5 × 2.5 mm barrel plug connects directly to compatible massagers so no separate cable is required.
Should I pick the 5.5 × 2.5 mm or 5.5 × 2.1 mm tip for my device?
The unit provides a 5.5 × 2.5 mm barrel connector. If your massager jack measures 2.5 mm inside diameter use this adapter; a 2.1 mm jack needs a different tip.
What does the 24 W rating mean when I plug it into my massager?
It delivers up to 12 V at 2 A, giving a maximum of 24 W — enough to run or charge any listed 12 V Shiatsu back and neck massager without overload.
