Dell Inspiron 3535 15.6" touchscreen laptop

The Dell Inspiron 3535 is a 15.6-inch Full HD touchscreen laptop running Windows 11 Pro. It is built around an AMD Ryzen 7 7730U 8-core processor with a 4.5 GHz turbo frequency and 16 MB L3 cache. Integrated AMD Radeon Graphics handle the display output. The system ships with 16 GB of RAM and a 1 TB PCIe NVMe SSD.

Suited for office work and multitasking.

This configuration suits professionals who need a responsive touchscreen for business applications, video calls and multi-window workflows. The 16 GB memory and fast 1 TB SSD support smooth switching between productivity tools. Buyers who require a dedicated graphics card for 3D rendering, CAD or high-end gaming should consider a different system. The integrated graphics and 60 Hz panel limit visual performance to standard office tasks.

1 TB PCIe NVMe SSD decides storage speed

The single specification that determines fit is the 1 TB PCIe NVMe solid-state drive. It provides the boot drive, application storage and working space in one volume. If your workload demands more than 1 TB of high-speed local storage, this laptop will not meet the requirement without an external drive. The installed 16 GB RAM is not user-expandable beyond the platform maximum of 64 GB.

Questions about this item

How long does the battery last when the Ryzen 7 7730U runs at its 4.5 GHz turbo?

Dell does not publish a specific battery-life figure for sustained turbo operation on this 3535 model; the 15.6" FHD touchscreen and 8-core processor will draw more power under heavy load than during typical mixed use.

What are the fan noise and surface temperatures during an all-day workload?

Dell has not released official acoustic or skin-temperature data for the Inspiron 3535; the chassis uses a single-fan thermal design with the AMD Radeon graphics integrated into the Ryzen 7 7730U.

Which power adapter must I already own to charge the laptop via USB-C?

The USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C port on this unit does not support Power Delivery charging; you must use the proprietary barrel-style AC adapter that ships with the laptop.
