Questions about this item

Does the 14.0 inch chassis accept a standard 2.5 inch drive bay for storage upgrades?

The 256GB SSD is already installed; the 14.0 inch frame uses integrated storage so there is no 2.5 inch bay to populate.

What is the correct order to seat the 16GB memory modules during a RAM upgrade?

Power off, remove the base cover, align the notch on each module with the slot key, press firmly until the clips click, then replace the cover before booting.

How often should the 802.11 wireless antenna cables be checked for signal loss?

The internal antenna cables are fixed at the factory; no periodic inspection is required unless physical damage occurs to the lid hinges.
