Questions about this item

Will the Intel Core i7-8650U throttle under sustained load?

The 1.9 GHz base clock and integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 share system memory, so prolonged heavy work may hit thermal limits.

How loud or hot does the chassis get during all-day use?

With a 14.0 inch anti-glare touchscreen and magnesium alloy back, the fan stays quiet for office tasks but spins up under continuous load.

What must I already own to use the video outputs?

The laptop provides HDMI 1.4 and DisplayPort over USB Type-C, so you need a monitor or adapter that accepts one of those interfaces.
