Business ultrabook with 8th Gen quad-core i7

The Dell Latitude 7490 7000 Series is a 14.0" FHD ultrabook built for professionals who need reliable performance in a compact form factor. It runs on an Intel Core i7-8650U processor with four cores and eight threads, reaching up to 4.20 GHz. The system includes 8 GB DDR4 memory, a 512 GB SSD, and Windows 11 Pro pre-installed. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 handles everyday visual tasks.

Suited for office work and travel.

This configuration suits users who prioritise portability and general productivity such as document editing, web browsing, and video conferencing. The non-touch IPS panel delivers clear 1920 x 1080 visuals with narrow borders. Buyers who need discrete graphics for 3D rendering, video production, or gaming should look at a different class of machine. The integrated GPU and 8 GB RAM limit sustained heavy multitasking.

512 GB SSD and 8 GB RAM handle daily workflows

The 512 GB solid-state drive provides fast boot times and space for operating system, applications, and typical project files. Eight gigabytes of DDR4 memory supports standard office multitasking with multiple browser tabs and productivity apps open simultaneously. Demanding workloads such as large dataset analysis, virtual machines, or professional media editing will exceed the available memory and integrated graphics headroom.
