Latitude 7490 business ultraportable

The Dell Latitude 7490 is a 14.0 inch business ultraportable running Windows 10 Pro. It uses an Intel Core i7 8th Gen 1.90 GHz processor with 8 GB DDR4 memory and a 256 GB SSD. Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 drives the 1920 x 1080 anti-glare display.

Who this suits and who should look elsewhere

Buyers needing a lightweight 14 inch chassis with a full-size backlit keyboard, HDMI 1.4 output and Gigabit Ethernet will find it practical. It is not for users who require a dedicated graphics card, a touchscreen panel, an optical drive or more than 32 GB DDR4 memory.

256 GB SSD capacity

The single 256 GB solid-state drive holds the operating system and core applications. Shoppers who need a larger internal store for media libraries or virtual machines must plan for external storage or a drive upgrade.
