Dell Latitude 9420 14 inch laptop for mobile

This Dell Latitude 9420 is a 14 inch laptop built for professionals who need a compact Windows 11 Pro machine. It runs on an Intel Core i7-1185G7 processor with four cores reaching 4.4 GHz turbo frequency. The system includes 16GB of memory and a 1TB SSD. Integrated graphics drive the 1920 x 1200 FHD non-touch display.

Suits single-device users.

This configuration suits people who work from one screen and value light weight at 2.8 lb. Buyers who need discrete graphics for rendering or gaming should look elsewhere. The non-touch screen also means stylus or direct-touch workflows are not supported. Two Thunderbolt ports handle docks, but only one external display is driven natively.

Quad-core i7-1185G7 with 4.4 GHz turbo decides fit

The processor delivers four cores and a 4.4 GHz maximum turbo frequency for burst workloads. Sustained performance will depend on the thin chassis thermal limits of 0.33 inch front height. If your daily tasks need higher multi-thread throughput or discrete GPU acceleration, this CPU specification is the limiting factor.
