14-inch business laptop for office workers

This Latitude E5450 ships with Windows 10 Pro 64-bit already activated so it is ready for immediate deployment. The 14.0 inch non-touch display keeps the chassis compact for desk or mobile use. A 2.90 GHz Intel Core i7 5th Gen dual-core processor and 16 GB of DDR3 memory handle everyday productivity workloads. The 240 GB SSD provides fast boot and application launch times.

Pre-installed Windows 10 Pro and digital licence

The digital product key activates automatically when the licence agreement is accepted, removing the need to enter a 25 character code manually. This saves setup time for IT staff or individual users. The operating system is a fresh installation on the 240 GB SSD with no residual data from previous owners. All ports and connectors have been verified in working order.

16 GB memory ceiling and 240 GB storage limit

The two memory slots are already populated to the 16 GB maximum supported by this platform, so no further RAM upgrades are possible. The single 240 GB SSD suits core business applications and documents but will fill quickly with large media libraries or multiple virtual machines. Wireless connectivity is limited to 802.11a/b/g with no Bluetooth support, which may restrict peripheral options.

Questions about this item

Will the 240GB SSD need replacement if I run out of space?

The 240GB SSD can be swapped for a larger drive, but the laptop has no second drive bay so the original must be removed.

Does the Intel i7 2.90 GHz processor throttle during long workloads?

The dual-core 5th Gen i7 will hit its thermal limit first under sustained heavy load, reducing clock speed to manage heat.

How loud does the fan get when the laptop runs all day?

The cooling fan spins up noticeably during continuous use, producing audible airflow noise typical for a 14-inch business chassis.
