DELL Projector Lamp NP17LP-UM

This lamp module fits NEC projectors that accept the NP17LP housing. It is a new replacement unit built for venues, classrooms or home theatres needing a reliable light source without buying an original equipment assembly.

Pre-assembled bulb and housing

The lamp arrives with a 265W UHP bulb already seated in its housing, so no separate bulb handling or alignment is required. ISO 9001 production checks cover beam performance, ignition voltage and run-time consistency across each unit shipped.

Direct projector installation

Installation consists of opening the projector lamp door, removing the old module and sliding this one into place until it clicks. The process needs no tools and avoids common errors such as touching the bulb glass or mis-seating the connector. Not for users whose projector requires a different lamp code or wattage.

Questions about this item

When will the 265 W UHP bulb need replacement?

The lamp is rated for 3000 hours in normal mode or 3500 hours in economy mode before a new module is required.

What limits continuous operation first?

The 265 watt UHP bulb reaches its rated 3000 to 3500 hour life before any other component.

How much heat and power does the 265 W lamp produce during all-day use?

It draws 265 watts continuously, so the projector's cooling system must dissipate that heat for the full 3000 to 3500 hour lifespan.
