Dell S300w Replacement Lamp

This 190W OEM replacement lamp module fits the Dell S300w projector and arrives as a fully assembled bulb and housing for straightforward installation. It uses a new Osram P-VIP 190W bulb and carries Dell part number 330-9847. The unit is manufactured to ISO9001 standards and undergoes quality checks for beam performance, ignition, voltage and run-time.

Sustained Brightness Over 5,000 Hours

Rated lamp life is 5,000 hours, so brightness remains consistent through extended daily use rather than fading after a short burst. The Osram P-VIP bulb is tested for stable voltage and ignition across the full runtime. Quality checks verify appearance, connections and beam performance so the projector delivers reliable image quality for the duration of the rated lifespan.

Upgrade From Dim Or Failed Original Lamps

This module replaces a dimming or failed original lamp in the Dell S300w, restoring full brightness and colour accuracy without requiring a new projector. The jump is worth it when the existing lamp has reached or exceeded its rated hours and image quality has noticeably declined. Buyers who need a different wattage or a lamp for another projector model should verify compatibility before ordering.

Questions about this item

How much heat and power does the 190 W Osram P-VIP bulb produce during continuous use?

The lamp draws 190 W; heat output scales with that wattage, so the projector's cooling system must handle a 190 W thermal load for the rated 5 000-hour life.

Which Dell projector models accept the 330-9847 lamp module without extra parts?

The module fits Dell S300w projectors directly; it includes the complete housing so no separate cage or adapter is required.

Will the 5 000-hour rating hold if I keep using my existing ceiling mount and filter?

Yes — lamp life is specified at 5 000 hours; maintaining a clean filter and stable mount helps the projector reach that rating.
