Ratcheting crimper, stripper and cutter terminates RJ11, RJ12 and RJ45 pass-through connectors with a full-cycle mechanism and on-tool wiring guide
The DIVI VDV226-110 is a ratcheting modular crimper that also strips and cuts wire for voice and data cabling. It handles RJ11, RJ12 and Klein Tools RJ45 Pass-Thru connectors in a single hand tool. Installers and network technicians use it to terminate 4, 6 and 8 position plugs on solid or stranded paired-conductor cable from 28 to 22 AWG.
This is a manual hand tool so it produces no heat, draws no power and makes only the mechanical click of the ratchet mechanism. The full-cycle ratchet forces a complete crimp before release, preventing partial terminations without requiring extra grip force. A compact non-slip comfort grip reduces hand strain during repeated use.
An on-tool wiring guide is moulded into the body to help match conductor order and reduce rework. The jaws trim conductor ends flush with the connector face, eliminating unintended contact between pins. No separate stripper, cutter or reference card is needed because all three functions and the diagram are built into the tool.

Squeeze the handles until the ratchet releases automatically; releasing early before the full cycle finishes leaves the connector unterminated.
The cutting blades and crimping dies dull over time; the tool has no user-replaceable components, so the entire crimper is replaced when cuts become ragged or crimps fail.
Hand fatigue from repeated ratchet cycles becomes noticeable before any mechanical limit, especially when working with 28-22 AWG solid or stranded cable.
