Micro-Perforated Paper for Forms

This micro-perforated copy paper is designed for printing healthcare forms, medical charts, invoices, statements and remittance coupons. The 3.66-inch perforation from the bottom allows clean tear-off sections for reply portions or filing. It suits offices, clinics and businesses that produce tear-off documents in high volume.

ColorLok Technology for Print Quality

ColorLok Technology produces bolder blacks and more vivid colours with inkjet printing while improving quality and performance on laser devices. The 92 brightness level ensures strong contrast for text and graphics. Standard 20 lb bond weight feeds reliably through copiers, laser printers, inkjet printers and plain-paper fax machines without jamming.

500-Sheet Ream Reduces Waste

Each ream contains 500 custom-cut 8.5 x 11 inch sheets sized to minimise trim waste during production. The precise dimensions support consistent stacking and feeding in standard trays. Buyers who need non-perforated stock or heavier card weights should select a different product.

Questions about this item

How do I load the 8.5 x 11 sheets so the micro-perforation at 3.66 inches from the bottom feeds correctly?

Place the stack in the tray with the perforated edge toward the feed rollers; the 3.66-inch tear line will then sit at the proper exit point for clean separation after printing.

Will the ColorLok coating on this 20 lb bond paper wear off or require any special cleaning of printer rollers over time?

The ColorLok treatment is embedded in the sheet surface and does not shed; normal printer maintenance cycles are sufficient — no extra roller cleaning is needed because of this paper.

At what point does the 92 brightness level start to fade if I store a full 500-sheet ream under typical office lighting?

Brightness is stable for years when the ream stays wrapped and away from direct sunlight; noticeable yellowing only appears after prolonged UV exposure, not from ordinary fluorescent light.
