Professional Sealing Tape

Duck Heavy-Duty Carton Packaging Tape provides crystal clear sealing for moving and storage. Each roll measures 1.88 inches wide by 55 yards long. The acrylic adhesive resists ultraviolet light and temperature changes. Eight rolls are included per pack.

Adhesive Performance

The special acrylic formulation bonds instantly to corrugated surfaces without splitting. It maintains holding power across seasonal temperature swings. No double-taping is required on standard box seams. Application stays quiet and consistent from start to finish.

Pack Quantity Decides Fit

Buyers sealing fewer than eight cartons will have unused rolls left over. The 8-pack carton is sold as a single unit and cannot be split. Operations needing only one or two rolls should choose a smaller quantity.

Questions about this item

How do I apply the 1.88" wide tape so it seals the carton without gaps?

Unroll the tape along the centre of the box seam, press firmly with a dispenser or hand roller to activate the acrylic adhesive, and overlap each end by at least two inches; the most common mistake is stopping short of the corner, which leaves an unsealed edge.

When will the 55-yard rolls need replacing in a busy shipping station?

Each roll yields 55 yards of continuous sealing; replacement timing depends on the number of cartons processed daily, so track roll count per shift to forecast reorder points.

What is the first limitation that appears when sealing heavy boxes continuously with the acrylic adhesive?

The acrylic adhesive requires firm, even pressure to bond instantly; if cartons are sealed faster than the operator can apply that pressure, some seams may lift before the bond fully sets.
