Dynatron A47 2U heatsink with four heat pipes and 60mm PWM fan

Dynatron

Dynatron A47 2U AMD Ryzen AM4/AM5 Heatsink Fan 145W TDP

SKU CH-G11E-4RK2C MPN A47

A 2U active air cooler with a 60 mm PWM fan, four heat pipes and aluminium stacked fins that supports AMD Ryzen processors on AM4 and AM5 sockets up to 145 W TDP

  • Designed for AMD Ryzen AM4 and AM5 sockets
  • 60 mm PWM fan with four heat pipes for active cooling
  • Aluminium stacked fins increase surface area for heat dissipation
  • Supports CPU thermal loads up to 95 watts
  • Fits 2U and taller server chassis

Socket AM4 and AM5 compatibility

The Dynatron A47 is an active air cooler built for 2U server chassis and above. It mounts on AMD Ryzen processors using either Socket AM4 or AM5. The unit integrates a 60x60x25 mm PWM fan with four heat pipes and aluminum stacked fins.

120 Watt heat dissipation limit

This cooler supports CPU power up to 120 Watts of heat dissipation. The 145W TDP rating in the model name reflects the platform envelope, but the cooler itself is validated to 120 W. Builders targeting higher thermal loads should select a different solution.

PWM fan control for 2U airflow

The 60 mm 4-pin PWM fan adjusts speed automatically to match thermal demand inside a 2U enclosure. Four heat pipes move heat into the aluminum stacked fin array for dissipation. Acoustic output and power draw scale with the PWM curve under normal server workloads.

Questions about this item

What does the 145 W TDP rating mean once this cooler is installed in a 2U server?

The cooler supports up to 95 W of CPU heat dissipation in practice, so the 145 W figure represents the chassis class rather than sustained processor load.

How does the 4-pin PWM fan interface limit control options?

The 4-pin PWM connector allows the motherboard to vary fan speed automatically based on temperature, providing precise cooling without manual adjustment.

Will the 60 mm fan and four heat pipes fit inside a standard 2U rackmount case?

Yes, the 60x60x25 mm fan and stacked-fin design are built specifically for 2U and taller server enclosures.
