The Eaton SRW4USM is a 4U low-profile enclosure that mounts equipment sideways to fit tight wall spaces. It ships fully assembled so installers can secure it to the wall with their own hardware and begin loading gear immediately. Locking doors and side panels protect against tampering and theft. The rack meets physical-security requirements for PCI DSS compliance.

29.40 inch depth constraint

Equipment depth cannot exceed the 29.40 inch rack depth, so only shallow servers, switches or patch panels will fit. The 11 inch overall cabinet depth leaves minimal clearance for rear cabling and airflow behind the mounted devices. Flow-through ventilation relies on unrestricted front and rear openings; blocking either side reduces cooling effectiveness. Wall-mounting hardware is not included, so the installer must supply fasteners rated for the wall material.

200 lb static capacity headroom

The 200 lb stationary weight rating supports a fully populated 4U layout of lightweight network gear or a single shallow server with room to spare. Heavier multi-node chassis or deep storage arrays will exceed the limit before the 4U height is filled. Twelve M6 and twelve 12-24 mounting screws with cage nuts and washers are provided for equipment installation. The removable mounting plate adds flexibility but does not increase the weight ceiling.
