Product and audience

The ECbidbuy NK9 is an 8 mm diameter USB endoscope that delivers 640 by 480 resolution at 30 frames per second with a 67 degree view angle. It connects via USB Type‑C for Android devices only and is not compatible with iOS phones. The package contains a single inspection camera intended for close‑range visual checks in tight spaces.

Thermals noise and power

The camera carries an IP67 waterproof rating and operates reliably between 0 and 70 degrees Celsius. It draws power directly from the host Android device through the USB connection, so no separate power supply or battery is required. Automatic exposure lighting adjusts to the immediate environment, keeping the probe cool and silent during typical inspections.

Sustained load behaviour

The endoscope is designed for short‑distance observation at 2 to 10 centimetres; image quality degrades sharply beyond one metre and it cannot function as a surveillance camera. Continuous use stays within the stated temperature range, and the fixed‑focus lens maintains consistent clarity throughout extended sessions without overheating or frame‑rate drops.

Questions about this item

How do I install the NK9 endoscope on my Android Type-C phone, and which step is often missed?

Scan the QR code to download the Android app, then insert the Type-C connector fully before opening the software; the step people skip is pushing the interface in until it seats.

What maintenance will the IP67 waterproof 8 mm lens need later?

Rinse the lens and cable with fresh water after exposure to contaminants, dry thoroughly, and inspect the IP67 seals for damage before each use.

At what temperature does the NK9 hit its operating limit during sustained use?

The endoscope is rated for 0 to 70 °C; sustained operation near 70 °C will reach the thermal limit first.
