Vehicle Work Light 12-24V DC

The Ecco EW2403 is a square LED flood light built for permanent bolt-on mounting. It operates on 12-24V DC power and carries an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance. The unit suits universal vehicle classes from 1 to 13. A pigtail electrical connection is included for wiring.

Practical Limits of IP67 and Flood Beam

The IP67 standard protects against temporary immersion and dust ingress but does not guarantee survival under high-pressure washing or prolonged submersion. Flood optics spread light widely at short range rather than projecting a narrow long-distance beam. The fixed 12-24V DC input requires a compatible vehicle electrical system.

2 3/8 Inch Square Housing

The head measures 2 3/8 inches in height, width and depth, creating a compact square profile. This single dimension determines whether the light fits the intended mounting surface. Buyers needing a larger housing or different head shape should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Which EW2403 version should I choose for a 12-24V DC system?

This model operates on 12-24V DC and fits Vehicle Class 1 through 13, so it covers the full range of light and heavy-duty applications without needing a different voltage variant.

What does the IP67 rating mean once the light is mounted on a vehicle?

IP67 means the housing is dust-tight and can withstand temporary immersion in water, so pressure washing or deep fording will not penetrate the sealed LED assembly.

How does the pigtail electrical connection affect installation?

The pigtail provides bare leads for a permanent bolt-on mount, letting you splice directly into the vehicle wiring without a proprietary plug.
