What this safe is and who it's for

The Electronix Express electronic safe is a compact steel security box measuring 12.2 x 7.87 x 7.87 inches and weighing 10.9 pounds. It uses a programmable 3 to 8 digit PIN entered on a digital keypad for primary access. Two emergency keys and mounting bolts are included for backup entry and optional installation. It suits home or office users needing basic protection for cash, documents or small valuables.

Who it suits and who should look elsewhere

This safe works for anyone wanting a battery-operated lock with a simple numeric code and a physical key override. The recessed door and concealed hinges add resistance to prying attempts. Buyers who need fire-rated insulation, water resistance, or a larger internal volume for laptops or folders should look elsewhere. It also lacks an audit trail or multiple user codes for shared access scenarios.

Capacity and headroom

The internal cavity measures 12.2 x 7.87 x 7.87 inches, providing enough room for jewellery, passports, cash bundles or a few small electronic devices. Two locking bolts secure the door when the correct PIN is entered or an emergency key is turned. Four AA batteries power the keypad; a low-battery indicator warns before the lock becomes inoperable. If batteries fail completely, the emergency keys remain the only way to open the safe and replace them.
