Cellular security camera for remote sites

The ELYSOO S40 is a 4G LTE solar camera built for locations without Wi-Fi or mains power. It suits farms, ranches, construction sites and vacation homes across the United States. A prepaid SIM card is included with a 7-day trial, after which a data plan is required for each unit.

2K resolution with 360° coverage

Video captures at 2K resolution and the lens provides a 360-degree field of view. Infrared and white-light LEDs deliver colour night vision. PIR motion detection triggers alarms and the camera supports two-way audio through the app.

Solar powered with IP65 rating

A high-efficiency panel charges the internal battery for continuous off-grid operation. The IP65 enclosure withstands rain, snow, dust and temperature extremes. The camera operates only on the built-in SIM and does not support Wi-Fi or 5G networks.

Questions about this item

What does the 2K resolution actually show on a phone screen?

The 2K resolution captures enough detail to read license plates or recognise faces at typical farmyard distances when viewed on a smartphone app.

How does the 4G LTE connection limit where the camera can stream?

The built-in SIM works only on Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile networks inside the United States, so streaming stops if the camera leaves those carriers or crosses the border.

What mounting hardware is needed for the 360° view on a barn wall?

The IP65-rated body mounts with standard screws through its base; the solar panel tilts separately so the camera can pan the full 360° without cable strain.
