Retro AM/FM radio with Bluetooth 5.0

The Emerson EAS-3002-GR is a portable analogue tuner that receives AM and FM broadcasts and streams audio wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.0. It also plays files from USB drives and SD cards through its built-in 2W mono speaker. The grey cabinet suits listeners who want a classic look with modern connectivity.

Simple setup with analogue dial and rechargeable

Turn the analogue dial to find stations across the 520 to 1710 KHz AM band and the 87.5 to 108 MHz FM band. The 3.7V 1000mAh battery charges internally, removing the need for disposable cells. A 3.5mm headphone jack allows private listening, while the 3.5mm AUX input accepts wired sources. No complex pairing menus are required for Bluetooth.

Analogue tuning limits and mono output

The analogue dial offers no preset memory or digital frequency readout, so precise station selection relies on manual adjustment. Bluetooth 5.0 handles wireless streaming but does not add internet radio or app control. The single 2W mono speaker limits stereo separation and maximum volume for larger spaces. Buyers needing multi-room audio or DAB+ reception should consider other categories.

Questions about this item

How can I confirm the radio is receiving AM stations correctly after setup?

Tune the analog dial to a known local station between 520 and 1710 KHz and listen for clear audio from the 2W mono speaker or through the 3.5mm headphone jack.

What comes in the box and what must I purchase separately to use every feature?

The unit includes the radio with built-in 3.7V 1000mAh rechargeable battery, integrated speaker, 3.5mm AUX input, headphone port, USB and SD card slots, and Bluetooth 5.0; you only need to supply a USB charging source, a 3.5mm audio cable for AUX, and your own USB drive or SD card for stored music.

Which version or capacity should I choose for this model?

This single SKU EAS-3002-GR in grey provides the full feature set — AM/FM analog tuning, Bluetooth 5.0, USB/SD playback, 3.5mm AUX and headphone jacks, and the built-in rechargeable battery — so no alternative version or capacity selection is required.
