The EN-Labs PWMHUB5 expands a single motherboard PWM header into five 4-pin connectors so enthusiasts can run several case or radiator fans from one control point. It includes a 40 cm extension cable with a locking latch and adhesive backing for tidy mounting inside the chassis. The hub draws power directly from the CPU_Fan or SYS_Fan header.

PWM control limits and signal handling

Only the red-marked CPU Fan port passes an RPM signal back to the motherboard; the other four ports receive the same PWM duty cycle but do not report individual speeds. Two-pin and three-pin fans can be connected but will run at full voltage because they lack the fourth wire required for PWM regulation. The board carries five solid capacitors to smooth the shared power rail.

Capacity and headroom for fan arrays

The splitter comfortably drives up to five 12 V fans at identical speeds, making it suitable for push-pull radiator sets or multi-fan case layouts. Total current is limited by the single motherboard header, so very high-draw fans may exceed what that header can supply.
