The EN-Labs SATA24UVBL is a 24-inch SATA III data cable designed for internal drive connections. It links SATA III, II or I hard drives and SSDs to motherboards or host controllers. The UV blue jacket aids cable identification inside a case.

Straight latching connectors

Each end carries a 7-pin 180-degree straight receptacle with a latch that secures the connection in tight spaces. Shielded 26 AWG tinned copper conductors support the SATA 6 Gbps specification while remaining backwards compatible. The cable fits standard drive bays and motherboard headers without adapters.

6 Gbps headroom

The link operates at up to 6 Gbps when both drive and controller support SATA III, and falls back to lower revisions automatically. Actual throughput is limited by the attached equipment, so legacy ports will run at their rated speeds. One cable handles a single drive; additional drives require extra cables.
