Esselte Pendaflex Legal Hanging Folders 25-Pack

This pack contains 25 assorted-colour hanging folders designed for legal-size documents. Poly-reinforced top edges and bottom folds add durability for frequent handling. Six staggered tab positions let you arrange labels for quick visual scanning. Printer-ready adhesive labels are included alongside the folders.

Upgrade from standard manila folders

Coloured two-tone fronts reduce misfiles by making categories instantly recognisable. Reinforced edges resist tearing where standard folders wear out first. The six-tab layout replaces single-tab folders that force you to flip through every file to find the right label. Worth the switch when drawer density and retrieval speed matter.

Suits offices archiving legal paperwork

Ideal for businesses, law firms or home offices that store letter-size and legal-size sheets in drawer or desktop systems. Buyers needing letter-size only should choose a different pack. Those requiring more than 25 folders per box or a single colour throughout will need a separate product.

Questions about this item

What size file drawer or desktop system do these legal-size hanging folders fit?

They are built for legal-size papers and hang on standard rails in a file drawer or desktop filing system.

How do you attach the included adhesive labels to the six tabs without covering the write-on surface?

Peel each printer-ready label and press it onto the tab face; the poly-reinforced top edge stays clear for handwriting if you prefer.

When the poly-reinforced top edge or bottom fold wears out, what part needs replacing?

The entire hanging folder is replaced; the reinforcement is integral to the folder and not sold separately.
