A 10 ft USB-C to DisplayPort 1.4 cable carrying 32.4 Gbps for 8K at 60 Hz or 4K at 144 Hz
This ten-foot cable connects a USB-C source that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode to a DisplayPort 1.4 display. It carries 32.4 Gbps bandwidth for 8K resolution at 60 Hz with 10-bit colour HDR, plus 4K at up to 144 Hz and 2K at up to 240 Hz. The male-to-male connectors use solid copper conductors and triple shielding for signal integrity.
The jump is worth it when a longer run is needed without losing 8K 60 Hz or high-refresh 4K and 2K performance. It upgrades setups limited to 4K 60 Hz by delivering the full DisplayPort 1.4 link rate and DSC 1.2 visually lossless compression. The cable is not bi-directional, so it cannot drive a USB-C monitor from a DisplayPort output.
The USB-C port must implement DP Alt Mode; plain USB data ports will not pass video. Thunderbolt 3 and 4 hosts meet this requirement, but many USB-C phones and tablets do not. Maximum supported formats are 8K at 60 Hz, 5K at 60 Hz, 4K at 144 Hz and 2K at 240 Hz, all dependent on host and display capabilities.

Other versions of this model
The male DisplayPort 1.4 plug is a standard full-size connector; allow roughly 4 cm behind the panel for the plug and strain relief so the 10 ft cable routes without sharp bends.
The host USB-C port must support DisplayPort Alt Mode; without that mode the cable will not pass video even though the physical connector fits.
Replace it if the solid copper conductors become exposed, the shielding is kinked, or the connectors no longer seat firmly — any of those will drop the 32.4 Gbps link needed for 8K at 60 Hz.
