ESTONE F0301 Bi-Directional HDMI 2.1 Switch

The ESTONE F0301 is a compact HDMI 2.1 switch that lets you route signals in two directions. It can send video from two source devices to one display or from one source to two displays. Manual switching is handled by a front-panel button. It supports resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz.

USB power cable and manual included

A USB-A to Micro-B cable is supplied to power the unit from any convenient USB port. The package also contains a user manual that explains the two operating modes. No additional software or drivers are required for operation.

Gamers and streamers needing manual source

This switch suits users who alternate between a console and a PC on one screen or who move a single source between two monitors. It does not show both outputs at the same time, so buyers who need simultaneous dual-display output should look elsewhere.

Questions about this item

Will the F0301 need firmware updates or component swaps to keep working with 8K 60 Hz sources?

The F0301 has no firmware interface or user-serviceable parts; it operates as a passive HDMI 2.1 switch with a mechanical select button, so no updates or replacements are required.

What bandwidth ceiling appears first when running 4K 120 Hz HDR continuously through the F0301?

The 48 Gbps HDMI 2.1 link is the hard limit; sustained 4K 120 Hz HDR fits within that ceiling, so the switch itself does not impose a lower bottleneck.

Does the F0301 generate noticeable heat or fan noise during all-day 8K 60 Hz use?

The unit has no fan and draws power only from the USB Micro-B port; it runs cool and silent even with continuous 8K 60 Hz or 4K 120 Hz signals.
