Versatile HDMI 2.1 bi-directional switch

The ESTONE F0301 is a compact HDMI 2.1 switch that operates in two modes. It can route two source devices to one display or send a single source to two displays, switching manually with the select button. It suits gamers and professionals who need flexible 8K connectivity without unplugging cables.

Passive operation with broad format support

The unit draws power from the connected USB-A to Micro-B cable and adds no audible noise or heat in normal use. It passes 48 Gbps bandwidth, handling 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz with HDR. No active cooling or external power supply is required beyond the USB link.

Replaces separate switch and splitter boxes

One F0301 replaces a dedicated HDMI switch and a separate splitter, saving desk space and cable clutter. The upgrade is worthwhile when you alternate between two consoles or PCs on one screen, or toggle a single source between two monitors. It does not support simultaneous dual-display output.

Questions about this item

How do I install the ESTONE F0301 and which cable goes where for the two modes?

For switch mode connect two sources to the HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 ports and one display to the HDMI port; for splitter mode connect one source to the HDMI port and two displays to HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 then press the Select button to toggle between them.

What maintenance or replacement will the ESTONE F0301 need over time?

The unit has no moving parts or consumable components; only the supplied USB A to Micro B cable or the HDMI cables may need replacement if they become damaged.

What is the first limit I will hit when running 4K at 120 Hz continuously through the ESTONE F0301?

The 48 Gbps bandwidth ceiling of the HDMI 2.1 interface is the limiting factor for sustained 4K 120 Hz signals.
