Connects a DisplayPort source to a monitor at up to 8K 60 Hz, 4K 144 Hz or 1080p 240 Hz over 10 ft with 32.4 Gbps HBR3 bandwidth
This ESTONE LJ-DP8K cable carries a DisplayPort 1.4 male-to-male connection over 10 ft. It is rated for HBR3 bandwidth up to 32.40 Gbit/s and supports 8K at 60 Hz, 4K at 144 Hz and 1080p at 240 Hz. The construction uses solid copper conductors with triple shielding.
The cable handles 5K at 60 Hz, 2K at 240 Hz and 1080p at 240 Hz, plus HDR, HDCP 2.2, DSC and MST for daisy-chaining monitors. It is backwards compatible with DisplayPort 1.3, 1.2, 1.1 and 1.0. Builders who need a longer run than 10 ft or a right-angled connector should look elsewhere.
The single specification that decides fit is the HBR3-rated 32.40 Gbit/s bandwidth. It enables the listed 8K60, 4K144 and 1080p240 modes with FEC forward error correction and up to 32 audio channels. If your source or sink requires higher bandwidth than HBR3 provides, this cable will not meet the requirement.

Other versions of this model
Both the source and display must provide a DisplayPort 1.4 interface; the cable carries 32.4 Gbps HBR3 bandwidth between two male DisplayPort connectors.
Yes — the cable is backwards compatible with DisplayPort 1.3, 1.2, 1.1a, 1.1 and 1.0, so a 1.2 monitor will operate at its native link rate.
Check the monitor OSD or GPU control panel; a stable 4K 144 Hz signal with HDR and no flicker indicates the HBR3 link is active.
