This powered HDMI 2.0b splitter distributes one source signal to two displays simultaneously with mirror mode only. It extracts stereo audio through a 3.5 mm jack for external speakers or headphones. The unit supports 4K at 60 Hz, HDR and HDCP 2.2 for protected content. A USB-C power cable is included while the power adapter is not.

Upgrading from passive splitters

Passive splitters often fail at 4K 60 Hz because they cannot maintain the 18 Gbps bandwidth required by HDMI 2.0b. This active unit adds signal amplification and an external 5 V supply to keep both outputs stable. Practical limits of HDMI 2.0b
