Compact metal housing with three output ports

A single HDMI input feeds one HDMI loop-through plus an optical Toslink SPDIF jack and a 3.5 mm stereo jack. Both audio outputs work independently, so a receiver can be connected without a display attached. The enclosure measures 5.59 x 3.15 x 1.26 inches and weighs 3.2 ounces, fitting easily behind equipment. A 5 V power adapter is included for stable operation.
