Dual-monitor KVM for two computers

The ESTONE SW223-2DP lets a single keyboard, mouse and pair of monitors control two separate PCs or laptops. It is built for users who need to switch between two DisplayPort sources without unplugging cables. The switch also provides four USB 3.0 ports for shared peripherals such as printers, scanners or external drives. Plug-and-play operation works across Windows, macOS, Linux and Unix systems.

Requires two DisplayPort outputs per computer

Each connected host must supply two DP 1.4 ports to drive both monitors at the advertised 8K 60Hz or 4K 120Hz maximums. If a system only has one DisplayPort output, the second monitor cannot be driven through this switch. Final resolution also depends on the graphics card, monitor capabilities and cable quality working together.

Desktop controller and cabling included

A wired remote button and front-panel push buttons give two ways to change the active computer. The package supplies two USB 3.0 data cables and a DC power adapter so the unit is ready to install. Four downstream USB 3.0 ports free up host ports by consolidating keyboard, mouse and other USB 3.0 or 2.0 devices at the switch.
