Controls two computers across dual monitors at 8K 60 Hz or 4K 120 Hz with four USB 3.0 ports and push-button switching
The ESTONE SW223-2DP is a dual-monitor KVM switch that lets two computers share two DisplayPort screens, four USB 3.0 peripherals and a single keyboard-and-mouse set. It supports 8K at 60 Hz and 4K at 120 Hz for high-refresh gaming or colour-critical work. Switching is handled by front-panel push buttons or the included desktop controller. The aluminium-alloy housing provides shielding and passive cooling.
Each computer must supply two DisplayPort 1.4 outputs and one USB 3.0 data connection to drive both monitors and the peripheral hub. Verify that your graphics cards, monitors and cables all support the target resolution and refresh rate, because the final image depends on the weakest link in the chain. The switch includes two USB 3.0 data cables and a DC power adapter; no extra video cables are bundled. Ensure your operating system — Windows, macOS, Linux or Unix — recognises DisplayPort multi-stream transport for dual-head operation.
The unit sits between the two PCs and the shared monitors, keyboard, mouse and up to four USB 3.0 devices such as printers, scanners or storage drives. It occupies 150 by 65 by 35 millimetres of desk space and weighs 9.52 ounces. Extend mode spans the desktop across both screens while copy mode mirrors the same image. The four downstream USB 3.0 ports deliver up to 5 Gbps bandwidth and remain backward compatible with USB 2.0 gear. Buyers who need more than two computer ports or who rely on HDMI-only sources should look elsewhere.

The package includes the KVM switch unit, two USB 3.0 data cables, a DC power adapter and a user manual. DisplayPort cables for the four inputs and two outputs are not included and must be purchased separately.
Choose 8K 60 Hz for maximum desktop resolution on compatible monitors and GPUs; choose 4K 120 Hz when you need higher refresh rates for gaming or motion clarity. Both modes require DisplayPort 1.4 sources, cables and displays that support the selected resolution and refresh rate.
The switch can pass up to 8K at 60 Hz per display from either computer, provided each PC has two DisplayPort 1.4 outputs, the cables are DP 1.4 certified and the monitors accept 8K 60 Hz. The final image depends on the weakest link in that chain.
