16 Channel 4K PoE Surveillance Kit

This Evertech USA system combines a 16 channel network video recorder with sixteen 8 megapixel IP cameras. Each camera uses a fixed 3.6 millimetre lens and a built-in microphone to capture wide angle video with audio. The recorder arrives with a 16 terabyte hard drive pre-installed.

Suits buyers who want a complete PoE kit

The package includes sixteen cameras and the matching recorder so power and data travel over a single Ethernet cable per camera. H.265 compression reduces stored footage by roughly 50 percent compared with older codecs. Buyers who need wireless cameras or who already own cabling and only want a recorder should consider a different configuration.

16TB storage holds roughly three weeks of footage

Advanced H.265 encoding stretches the installed drive to cover about three weeks of continuous recording across all sixteen channels. Adding more cameras beyond the sixteen supported ports is not possible, and higher resolution streams would shorten the retention window. The system has no provision for additional internal drives.

Questions about this item

What cables do I need to connect the cameras to the NVR since they are not included?

You need Ethernet cables for each of the 16 cameras to carry both data and power over PoE to the NVR.

Can I add these 8MP cameras to an older NVR that only supports lower resolution?

The 16 cameras output 8MP 4K video using H.265 compression, so the NVR must support that resolution and codec to record them properly.

How can I confirm the system is recording after installation?

Use the smartphone, tablet or PC remote view to watch live 4K feeds and verify the 16TB drive is storing up to three weeks of footage.
