Eyemax DO-614V Hero Chipset Super Dome HD 600 TVL SS-WDR Dual Power analog camera

Eyemax DO-614V Super Dome Camera

The Eyemax DO-614V is a professional-grade analog dome camera built for security installers who need reliable 600 TVL resolution in a compact housing. It uses a 1/3 inch Sony Super HAD II CCD sensor delivering 380K effective pixels for clear CVBS video output at 1.0V p-p over 75 ohm impedance. Dual 12VDC and 24VAC power inputs simplify integration into existing CCTV infrastructure.

Sustained Load Behaviour

The camera maintains stable video during extended operation thanks to internal synchronization and a signal-to-noise ratio exceeding 50dB with AGC disabled. Single Scan Wide Dynamic Range handles high-contrast scenes without blown highlights, while Sense-Up multiplies sensitivity up to 256 times to reach 0.002 lux minimum illumination in near darkness. The 2.8 to 12mm auto-iris vari-focal lens adjusts exposure continuously across the 15.734 kHz horizontal scan rate.

Installation and Common Issues

A three-axis bracket and flip-open cover allow quick angle changes and cable access for indoor or outdoor mounting. On-screen display menus let installers configure mirror, flip, rotate and freeze functions without external tools. Common issues include miswired dual-power terminals causing no video, incorrect 75 ohm termination at the DVR producing ghosting, and vari-focal focus shift after the housing is resealed.
