Eyemax Prestige TVST PVT 8CH 4K 8MP DVR video recorder 8 TB

8-Channel 4K DVR with 8 TB Storage

The Eyemax Prestige TVST PVT recorder captures up to eight analogue high-definition cameras at 8 megapixels each. It suits installers and premises managers who need a single unit for continuous local recording.

H.265 Compression and Mixed-Signal Inputs

H.265 encoding extends recording time by up to 30 percent over older codecs. The recorder accepts HD-TVI, CVI, AHD and 960H signals on the same channels, so existing cameras can stay in place. Eight audio inputs, an RS-485 port for PTZ control, a relay alarm output and a Megabit Ethernet jack handle sound, movement, alerts and network access. HDMI, VGA and composite outputs can each be assigned as a programmable spot monitor up to 4K at 60 frames per second.

Pre-Installation Checklist

Verify that each camera uses one of the four supported analogue formats and that coaxial runs reach the recorder’s BNC inputs. Confirm the site network provides a wired Ethernet connection for remote viewing via the Magic Viewer app. Ensure the 8 TB drive capacity matches the desired retention period at the chosen resolution and frame-rate settings. The unit supports 22 on-screen languages and up to eight user accounts with individual authority levels.
