Square metal AC fan, 119 by 38 mm, silver finish, black wire leads

Fanhome

Fanhome 119x38mm AC 115V TYP 4530N full metal fan

SKU CH-N0MP-J853Z

Full-metal AC fan measuring 119 by 38 millimetres, rated for 115 volts and built as a direct replacement for the original EBMPAPST 4530N unit

  • 119 mm frame fits standard cut-outs
  • 38 mm depth suits tight enclosures
  • 115 V AC supply matches mains voltage
  • Full metal housing resists wear and heat
  • Direct replacement for EBMPAPST TYP 4530N

Replacement 119 mm AC fan

This 119 mm AC fan matches the 4530N specification and runs on 115 V supply. It is built with a full metal frame for industrial durability. The unit suits maintenance teams restoring original EBMPAPST equipment. Buyers who need a different voltage or frame size should look elsewhere.

Upgrades worn original units

The fan replaces aged or noisy 4530N models in existing 115 V installations. A swap is worthwhile when the original bearing fails or airflow drops below spec. It fits the same 38 mm depth mounting pattern without modification. Installations requiring variable speed control or PWM signalling are not supported by this design.

Verify wiring and mounting first

Confirm the wire colours and connector style on your current 4530N before ordering because the manufacturer notes possible variations. Check that the 119 mm diameter and 38 mm depth match the cutout and clearance in your chassis. Ensure the 115 V AC supply matches your circuit. Systems needing a different voltage or depth cannot use this unit.

Questions about this item

What mounting dimensions does the 119x38 mm frame require?

The fan uses a 119 mm square frame with a 38 mm depth, so the cut-out or bracket must match those exact measurements for a secure fit.

How do I connect the AC 115 V supply wires, and what mistake should I avoid?

Wire the fan directly to a 115 V AC source; the supplier notes that wire colours can vary on this model, so verify each lead against your old fan before energising the circuit.

When will the full-metal bearings need replacement?

The all-metal construction has no user-serviceable bearings; if noise or vibration appears after long service, the entire unit is replaced rather than rebuilt.
