Simple partition hook for office clutter

The Fellowes 75510 is a wire double-garment hook that mounts on panels between one-and-a-half and three inches thick without tools. It holds coats, sweaters, umbrellas and bags to keep work surfaces clear. The unit is made from high-impact plastic and is one hundred percent recyclable. It suits anyone adding storage to a cubicle or partition wall.

Thermals and noise are not applicable

This hook has no moving parts, no electronics and draws no power, so it produces no heat and makes no sound. Normal use simply means hanging items on the two wire arms. There are no fans, pumps or electrical components to consider.

Sustained load behaviour matches normal use

Because the product is a passive metal and plastic hook, its behaviour under a continuous load of garments is the same as during brief use. The mounting bracket grips the partition and the wire arms support the weight without deformation over time. No thermal throttling, acoustic change or power fluctuation occurs.

Questions about this item

How do I install the hook on a partition and what step do people miss?

Slide the universal bracket over the panel edge; it fits panels 1-1/2" to 3" thick with no tools required. The step often missed is confirming the panel thickness falls within that range before mounting.

What maintenance or replacement will the hook need over time?

The high-impact plastic hook is 100 percent recyclable and has no moving parts, so it requires no routine maintenance. Replacement is only needed if the bracket cracks or the hook bends under excessive load.

What is the first limit I will hit if I keep loading coats and bags on the double hook?

The practical limit is the partition panel itself; the bracket grips panels 1-1/2" to 3" thick, so sustained heavy weight can deform the panel edge before the hook fails.
