Angle seat valve for pneumatic control

The Festo VZXF poppet valve uses a pneumatic piston actuator to open and close a 2/2-way circuit. It mounts directly in a pipeline with internal G1/2 threads and a G1/8 control port. The monostable design returns to the closed position by mechanical spring when pilot pressure is removed. Suitable for compressed air systems that follow ISO 8573-1:2010 quality class 7:4:4.

Pressure and flow limits defined by the standard

The valve body is rated PN 16 and handles medium pressures from 0 to 16 bar. Pilot pressure must stay between 6 and 10 bar for reliable actuation. Flow capacity is Kv 3.7 m3/h in the under-seat direction for gaseous or liquid media. Medium temperature range spans -40 °C to 200 °C while ambient temperature must remain between -10 °C and 60 °C.

Red brass housing with PTFE seals for durability

The valve housing uses red brass material CC499K with spindle and seat seals made from PTFE. This combination resists paint-wetting impairment substances and meets RoHS requirements. Line installation allows any mounting position. The threaded sleeve connection follows DIN ISO 228. Unit weight is 1200 g supplied in a single box.
