Everyday all-purpose scissors

These 8-inch Fiskars scissors are built for everyday cutting of paper, photos, cardboard and similar materials in home or office settings. The hardened stainless steel blades keep a sharp edge all the way to the tip for clean cuts. A SoftGrip handle is sculpted to the hand shape for comfortable control during extended use. One pair is included.

Check material thickness and hand fit

Before ordering, verify that the materials you plan to cut fall within the capacity of general-purpose scissors rather than heavy-duty shears. The ergonomic handle is sized for a typical adult grip, so users with very large or very small hands may want to test the feel first. The grey finish and straight blade profile match the product shown.

Consistent cutting through long sessions

Under sustained use the stainless steel blades maintain their edge without frequent resharpening, so repetitive tasks such as gift-wrapping or scrapbooking stay efficient. The SoftGrip touchpoints reduce hand fatigue during prolonged cutting compared with hard plastic handles. The non-stick coating helps the blades glide through adhesive-backed paper or tape without gumming up. Lifetime warranty backs the durability claim.
