Fluance Ri91DB10 powered tower system

The Fluance Ri91DB10 is a 2.5-way active floorstanding speaker system that pairs two towers with a separate DB10 powered subwoofer. Each tower integrates a 150W Class D amplifier driving dual 6.5" woven glass fibre drivers and an AMT tweeter. The package delivers a complete stereo and home-theatre solution in a single box.

Buyers wanting integrated streaming and deep bass

This system suits listeners who want wireless aptX HD streaming, HDMI ARC TV connection, RCA inputs for a turntable, and a dedicated 10" subwoofer for room-filling low frequencies without extra components. It is not for buyers who need passive speakers for an external amplifier, a smaller bookshelf form factor, or a multi-channel surround package beyond 2.1.

150W integrated amplifier per tower

The defining specification is the 150W Class D amplifier built into each tower, which removes the need for a separate receiver and locks gain staging to the drivers and DSP. If your installation requires passive speakers powered by an outboard amp, this system will not fit that topology.

Questions about this item

Will the Fluance Ri91DB10 tower speakers work with my older AV receiver that only has stereo pre-outs?

The system includes RCA inputs on the active tower so you can connect the pre-outs directly; the built-in 150W amplifier then drives the dual 6.5" drivers and AMT tweeters without needing a separate power amp.

How can I verify the AMT tweeters and 2.5-way crossover are performing correctly after setup?

Play a familiar track with clear vocals and high-frequency detail — the Air Motion Transformer tweeters should render crisp, distortion-free highs and the waveguide will keep imaging stable as you move off-axis.

What comes in the Ri91DB10 box and what must I purchase separately?

The package contains the powered tower pair, the DB10 10" powered subwoofer, power cords and a remote; speaker wire for the passive subwoofer link and any HDMI or RCA cables for your sources are not included.
